In today’s upbringing of preschool children there are many problems and, among which one of the most important is to instill in the child a love of aesthetic and physical education to preserve and strengthen the sense of belonging to values ​​and at the same time prepare it for perception and assimilation of modern intellectual, technical, technological and artistic achievements of mankind. A set of new problems is put forward, among them the strengthening of the connection between culture and education, the importance of forming a nationally-oriented worldview of the individual deserves special attention.

An important role in the process of educating from an early age aesthetically and emotionally developed, creative highly cultured personality by means of art is played by choreography, which is a combination of artistic and motor activities of the child that meets its urgent needs. Since game and story dances are most closely related to the main activity in preschool age – play and is a kind of way to learn about the world of nature and human society, there is an urgent need to determine their place in preschool education, scientific and pedagogical trends in education. process at the present stage.

The problem of finding new ways to use play and story dances in the educational process of preschool children in today’s conditions is particularly acute. A number of pedagogical scientists, such as: VI Makhrov, AA Kovalenko, VV Gurkova, GM Bezugla and others, address the issues related to the one studied by the author. Psychologists SL Rubinstein, LS Vygotsky, AN Leontiev, DB Elkonin [6, p. 47], have made a significant contribution to the development of the theory of children’s games, showing their social nature, and the role in education, which is most important in combining play with learning. However, the achievements of most scientists relate to the development of the theme of play or story dances for schoolchildren, and the issue of using story and game dances in the education of preschool children in the present is little developed. The author is working to fill this gap.

Choreographic development enriches the inner world of the child, helps to better perceive, understand and feel art, develop physically, pay attention to the world around. In the plot dances by means of folk choreography specific phenomena of the surrounding life and nature are reflected. Creative games are especially important in this process. First of all, consider the role and nature of the influence of dance dance as a means of choreographic education of the child, and to do this we will focus on learning new ways to use a variety of games in choreography lessons

Gaming is not an end in itself, but an effective means of education and training. Special responsibility is placed on choreographic classes, which use pedagogical techniques aimed at ensuring the unity of emotional and rational learning, which significantly increases the effectiveness of creative personality. Therefore, choreographic education is important for preschool children. Dance – one of the most important forms of expression of human feelings, which occupies a large place in the culture and life of every nation since ancient times. “Just as all the peoples of the world have created their song riches for centuries, so have they created dance riches,” wrote D. Kabalevsky, like other arts. Choreographic art, as well as spiritual culture in general, is closely connected with the history of the people, its traditions.

Polish psychologist Jan Verszylowski emphasizes the great educational value of dance and creative activity, arguing that music and dance are most stimulating to creative activity, in particular, forms cognitive and emotional-motivational functions, develops creative thinking and communication, as well as positive qualities. Thus, the idea of ​​pedagogical stimulation, as a strategy of the educational process, is to optimize and self-realization of preschool children through creativity in play activities.

Play as a method of choreographic and aesthetic education is of particular importance for preschoolers. Psychologists [6, p. 47], define the game as the genetic basis of artistic creativity, during which situations naturally arise that awaken creative activity. Therefore, the modern program of choreographic art [3, p. 33], aims at the widespread use of dance-rhythmic games, various musical exercises, dance movements, etc.

In role-playing games, preschoolers and younger students directly reproduce human roles and relationships. Playing with each other or with a doll, as an ideal partner, who is also endowed with his role, children clearly follow the rules of the game, usually there is a motive for competition. Special group or individual winnings are provided in most mobile, sports games. The detailed game on the plot unites all its participants in one idea, where each player contributes his share of imagination, experience, activity in the interpretation of the approved idea by the whole group.
